1. Acceptable Use

This portal is for legitimate complaints about public services in Ghana. By using this service, you agree to: submit truthful and accurate information; not use the system to harass or defame individuals; not submit duplicate or fraudulent complaints; and not attempt to compromise system security.

2. Complaint Processing

Complaints are routed to the appropriate government office based on category, region, and severity. While we strive to process all complaints promptly, resolution timelines depend on the nature of the issue and the capacity of the responsible office. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define expected response times.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

This system uses artificial intelligence to categorize complaints, generate operational memos, and suggest routing. AI outputs are reviewed by human officers before action is taken. The AI does not make final decisions on complaint resolution.

4. Evidence Submissions

Evidence files (photos, videos, voice notes) are stored securely and accessible only to authorized officers handling the complaint. Evidence is retained for the duration specified in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit illegal content.

5. Limitation of Liability

This portal facilitates communication between citizens and government offices. The portal operator is not liable for actions or inactions of government offices in response to complaints. The service is provided as-is without warranty of specific outcomes.

6. Account Misuse

Abuse of the complaint system, including filing false reports, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. Repeated abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
